We were trying to updateJSViz package for Spotfire Web Player, and it was failed to update. It tried to revert back to original state, but it failed to, and stucked in "Instances are being modified" status (for more than 24 hours already, so it's actually stucked). It may be due to JSViz, it may just be an issue with the Spotfire environment or database. If you are still having difficulty, you can open a support ticket to have them review the deployment error.
