Awanish Srivastava Posted August 6 Share Posted August 6 We are trying to test the Co-Pilot feature for Spotfire for our current & future offerings. In the process, we have installed the SPK extension via Analyst & added the required file via Admin console. Unfortunately, while trying to use the feature we are facing an error "Error occurred in ReadCore" for any request that we try to trigger via Co-Pilot tab in Analyst. We tried to troubleshoot the same but without any success. Please help us in identifying the core reason/challenge & get it addressed. Attaching the error screenshot for your reference. Prashant Maske Posted August 13 Share Posted August 13 Hi @Awanish Srivastava, As discussed during our meeting, please setup the backend infrastructure as per the installation and user guide required for the copilot to run successfully. Once once, then configure the Spotfire Analyst's preferences from Tools>Administration Manager>Preferences>Everyone using the orchestrator (plus other fields) details.
