TannerE
I have searched pretty rigorously yet cannot find how to set the color mode to "fixed" in iron python. I have figured out how to set it to "gradient" or "segmented" using a continuous color rule and by specifying The interval mode, but this appears not to support the fixed format. Anyone know how to do this? My problem is that my scatter plot keeps on defaulting to gradient when I need it to remain fixed for the rules that I am specifying. David Boot-Olazabal
Hi, I would suggest to use a color scheme to accomplish this. You have to save your preferred color scheme to the library first. You can do this by clicking here, when applying a fixed color scheme: Once you saved it, you can then apply it to a visualization by using this iron python script: It is also possible to leverage a color scheme from another visualization: Kind regards, David
Gaia Paolini
Could you try this: from Spotfire.Dxp.Application.Visuals import * mychart = mychart.As[ScatterPlot]() mychart.ColorAxis.Coloring.Clear()
