One of our Spotfire clients has some trouble establishing a connection to their Oracle instance Here's the message that I have received: We have followed the instructions to install the appropriate drivers on multiple machines but Spotfire doesn’t detect they are installed. We have downloaded the below from the Oracle download page ODAC19.21Xcopy_x64 Followed the installation instructions for Downloading the Oracle Data Provider for .NET (version 19c R1) from the link below. Drivers and data sources in Spotfire® (tibco.com) Client Spotfire version 12.4.0 Server Spotfire version 12.4.0 Can you please asssist with this request?
