John Stephenson 4
On a chart, I've created the variable number of bins on the x-axis by using...<BinByEvenIntervals([value],${XAxisBins})>..where XAxisBins is linked to a slider. Works well. To group values over a threshold into a trailing bin, it looks like BinBySpecificLimits would do this, but I don't see a way to combine the functionality of the two bining functions. Any ideas would be appreciated. (Note - the report is written in a way so people can run it interactively from the web player, as opposed to a manual data exploration.) Gaia Paolini
Try this:<BinByEvenIntervals(If([value]>${threshold},${threshold},[value]),${XAxisBins})>where ${threshold} is a document property containing your specified threshold for grouping. John Stephenson 4
Super! I think that'll work. Very elegant. Thanks so much!
