IStatisticaServer2 interface pointer is NULL: Script Server might have been disconnected

Hello Team,

 

I am facing the below error while executing the API calls from TibcoBWto Statistica. could you please suggest why we are getting this error in StatSoft (Event viewer)

ERROR:- " IStatisticaServer2 interface pointer is NULL: Script Server might have been disconnected"

Hi Prithivtharan,

Greetings from Statistica team - I did a search and found a similar error where the root cause was found to be an error that was addressed in V13.5 Hotfix 7. If you are on V13.5 Hotfix 6 or below you might consider working with support team to apply latest hotfixes. If you are already on V13.5 Hotfix 7 or above or using V14.0, then we (via https://support.tibco.com/) will need to investigate further why the symptom is occurring.
