Summary
Effective Nov 1st, 2020, Spotfire® removed software-enforced licensing constraints for Statistica by providing unlocked installation keys and .lic (licensing) files. Note that the terms of the respective software licenses still apply, and licensees are expected to observe and comply with the entitlements and constraints of their respective licensed software or terms of the respective software subscription. The unlocked license file will no longer be tied to a specific computer and will eliminate the need to use an Access code.
Applicability
The installation keys and stat.lic file can be used with Statistica 13.1 or newer and is included with the Statistica installer. For more details refer to the articles below :
